Lisa Taylor
Lisa Taylor is a progressive global leader in Business Planning, Financial and Operations Management, Shared Services, and Information Technology. At Sunrise, Lisa enjoys the challenge of finding strategic and tactical solutions that enhance each leg of the three-legged stool – People, Process, and Technology. She provides vision and leadership with a leads-by-example management style and refers to challenges such as “climbing the mountain” and the fun is in getting there.
In one of Lisa’s previous roles, she created functional centers of excellence, improving process efficiency by over 146% while more than quadrupling the size of the portfolio, and savings for staffing exceeded $34 million. As a Financial Controller in a multibillion-dollar tech business, Lisa created a Shared Services department with over $100 million under her control. As Finance Director for another firm, Lisa reduced division spend by $25M over five years by spearheading an aggressive cost-savings program to offset shrinking sales and relieve expense pressures. During her tenure with a Financial Management Services company that helps Medicaid recipients manage their long-term home care, Lisa was able to eliminate much of the day-to-day stress for over 150k Medicaid consumers and their 250k providers.
Lisa earned certifications at MIT Sloan School of Management in AI, Implications for Business Strategy, and Agile for Executives. She holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude from the University of MA Lowell with an Outstanding Scholar Award.
