Kelly Catale

Kelly has over seven years of experience in medical product development in the medical device, combination product, and in vitro diagnostic industries. She has worked in consulting as a Human Factors Engineer and in-house for a few different companies as a Human Factors Engineer and a Systems Engineer (risk management, requirements management, verification). Kelly’s areas of expertise include analyzing use-related risk, and planning, managing, and conducting user research including interviews and usability tests throughout the user interface and/or device development process. She has extensive experience supporting the iterative design process of user interfaces that facilitate intuitive and safe use.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Bucknell University.
