Bryan Gilpin

President

Bryan has spent his career building and growing great organizations to deliver technology that improves lives around the world. His passion for healthcare brought him around the world leading large teams in Fortune 500 companies and developing small teams in high-growth environments and start-up companies. He looks forward to applying this passion and experience to both Sunrise and to Sunrise’s clients.

Prior to Sunrise, Bryan held leadership positions as President and Chief Operating Officer of Intuvie, LLC, a mid-size drug infusion pump and software company. At Haemonetics (NYSE: HAE), he led the global launch of a break-through apheresis technology with integrated, cloud-based software. Bryan held various roles of increasing responsibility at Boston Scientific in product management and operations. Notably, Bryan lived in the Netherlands for four years running operations for Boston Scientific in Europe. As the head of International Operations at Boston Scientific, he achieved the ignoble distinction of the highest frequent flyer status possible on United, Delta and American Airlines, all in one calendar year.

Prior to Bryan’s discovery of the medtech world, Bryan’s early career focused on software development and program management at two venture-backed software companies. He cut his software development chops at AT&T Bell Laboratories where he worked during his summers while earning his computer engineering undergraduate degree.

Bryan holds an MSEE and an MBA from MIT and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. He loves travel, running and spending time with his wife, two daughters and golden retriever.
