2019 NHTA Product of the Year & 2020 SXSW Innovation Awards Finalist
OnPoint Systems engaged the Sunrise Labs team to design and develop the electronics and firmware for a GPS-based wireless dog containment system, The SpotOn™ Virtual Smart Fence.
SpotOn™ is selected as a finalist in the 23rd annual SXSW Innovation Awards.
The awards recognize and celebrate some of the most exciting tech developments in the connected world.
SpotOn™, a dog containment and tracking system that allows dog owners to take their dogs and virtual fence wherever they go, is a finalist in the Wearables category.
Of hundreds of applications submitted, the SpotOn Virtual Smart Fence was one of 65 finalists selected across 13 categories.
Ken Solinsky, the founder of OnPoint Systems, said his company is “thrilled to be recognized” in the SXSW competition. “SXSW is known for exhibiting some of the most transformative and forward-thinking projects that are making the world a more connected place. Our team is incredibly proud to be a part of that and recognized among this elite group with such a prestigious honor,” he said.
SpotOn™ was named the 2019 Product of the Year at the NH Tech Alliance (NHTA) annual POY competition. Through a combination of audience voting and expert judging, and was the preferred choice among the five finalists that exhibited and pitched their latest innovations in front of over 200 innovators, entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and guests that attended this year’s event on October 24th.
