2nd Best Company to Work For

Sunrise Labs is proud to be recognized by Business NH Magazine 2 years in a row

Not only did they make the list two years in a row, but moved from 3rd to 2nd place! This honor is an acknowledgment that Sunrise Labs provides employees with a great workplace culture and exciting, meaningful work.

For 23 years, Business NH Magazine has recognized businesses that go out of their way to create workplaces that recognize engaged employees are more productive.

The 2020 competition attracted applicants from across the state. Those businesses deemed winning companies received the highest scores on an employee engagement survey, conducted by The Employee Engagement Company in Woburn, Mass., and an extensive employer survey, detailing benefits and workplace practices. Fully, NH companies exceeded the bar of excellence.

The compass of Sunrise is the commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement. This applies to the good work they are doing for their clients as well as their employee’s health and welfare. With a culture built on a foundation of trust and respect, Sunrise empowers people to make decisions and the ability to work flexible schedules in order to maintain a balance between work and home life.

“It’s wonderful to be recognized as a good employer; it’s even more wonderful to work with such passionate and engaged people at Sunrise every day!” says Eric Soederberg, President of Sunrise Labs.

Employees enjoy the community of sharing, where their outside interests become Sunrise’s inside interests. Sunrise recognizes its interdependence with its communities and the world and strives to support and lead positive change within its community as well as global issues where it can make a difference.
