Director of Employee Experience
Sherry brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, operations, and training. She is responsible for the employee work life experience at Sunrise Labs. Sherry is an experienced people operations professional with a passion for providing a meaningful and purposeful career path to all employees.
Prior to joining Sunrise Labs, Sherry worked in various industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for Community Bridges a nonprofit organization where she managed the people operations and project management functions. She has a background in developing and executing on strategy through employee engagement, development, and succession planning. During her time at Community Bridges, Sherry helped lead Community Bridges growth from 150 to over 500 employees, managed an operational unit, and completed various operational projects to meet business growth.
Sherry received her accounting and management degree from Franklin Pierce College and her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She has been certified as an HR professional through HRCI and SHRM since 2001. She and her husband Ken, have 2 children and are active members in their community: volunteering, and supporting their children’s soccer and academic passions.
